4.2 Ongoing Monitoring
Indium Properties LLC (IPL) maintains internal monitoring systems and record-keeping procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements. Suspicious activities, where identified, will be reported to the competent authorities as required by law.
4.3 Refusal of Service
Indium Properties LLC (IPL) reserves the right to decline or terminate any engagement where adequate due diligence documentation is not provided or where regulatory risk is identified.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal & Compliance section shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
